A WOW Construction & Maintenance, is a proudly woman-owned local business founded right here on Guam. Our company wasn't created in a boardroom or through years of marketing plans. It was built through experience. As owners of several local businesses, we found ourselves constantly managing construction, renovations, repairs, and maintenance for our own facilities. From remodeling spaces to improving operations and overseeing contractors, we became deeply involved in every stage of the construction process. Through these firsthand experiences, we developed a passion for building and discovered the importance of quality workmanship, accountability, and having a team you can trust.Those personal projects became the foundation of A WOW Construction & Maintenance. Wanting to turn that experience into something greater, my husband and I partnered with a licensed General Contractor with more than 38 years of industry experience. Together, we combined practical business management, hands-on project coordination, and decades of construction expertise to create a company dedicated to serving our island with integrity and professionalism. Today, A WOW Construction & Maintenance is a full-service general contracting company providing residential, commercial, and maintenance services throughout Guam. As a local, family-owned business, we understand the importance of delivering quality work that stands the test of time because we know our clients are also our neighbors, fellow business owners, and members of our community. Being woman-owned is more than a designation.
